Rocoto, Red Peruvian

Very yummy, huge pods.

I like to have this ripened very long on the plants.
Makes them taste so much better.
The only downside then is that they can`t be preserved for very long time.

And smoked Rocotos... just pure gold!!

Another perfect way to use these rocotos is to stuff them!
